Can I change my size or cancel my order after it's been placed?

Please email us as soon as possible! Your package will be shipped quickly & we will need to halt the order before it leaves!  We will do our best to assist but we cannot guarantee that the item will not have left our warehouse.

 

I accidentally entered the incorrect shipping address – can you change it for me?

Contact us right away and we will alter the address.  Please note, we cant guarantee that we will be able to assist if the item has already left our warehouse.

 

What currency are your prices in?

All of our prices on our website are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Afterpay, Amex & Apple Pay !

 

When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped daily and will arrive between 1 to 3 business days from the day your order is placed.  Regional locations typically arrive within business 4 days.

 

I live outside of Australia, when will my parcel arrive?

Orders to New Zealand can expect to arrive within 7 days.

US, Canada & Europe orders typically arrive within 10 days from the day of purchase.  Note that times are affected by international time differences.

 

 I still haven’t received my order! What should I do?

Check your tracking information.  Delays can occur for a wide range of reasons that are out of our control such as weather events and customs.  If your item has not arrived or you have an issue with the delivery, please email us.

 

Why is my parcel being returned back to you?

If a parcel is not addressed correctly, it can become classified as unclaimed and sent back to us.  If this happens, we will reach out to you and try to rectify (note that further shipping fee's may be applied).

 

Do we do Refunds? 

We don't offer refunds.  Where an item is deemed faulty, we will endeavour to replace the item.  If wanting to return an item for an exchange, please check our returns policy in our quicklinks menu.

 

Can I bring my item into a store for an exchange?

Absolutely !
